"Home from Home"
The process of booking this property was really easy. Lots of communication with the owners who answered all my questions very quickly. They were really helpful and accommodating. I must thank Gill who was so helpful when we had a couple of problems while we were there. It was great to find milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and biscuits.

"Second Year!"
Another fine stay at this lovely cosy family house. Big enough to be comfortable for all and with all the facilities. Planning to book for next year

"Lovely House"
We stayed here in May for a long weekend, very good location close to beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Nice and warm, and plenty of room for five of us. Although only two toilets there wasn’t a problem with any noise in the night as the stairs weren’t creaky with everyone getting up. Beds lovely and comfortable and was so quiet. Kitchen very well equipped, so good all round. Great communication with owners prior to stay with plenty of information about house when we arrived. Would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to explore Swanage and the surrounding area.

"Our Christmas stay in Swanage"
We were a family of 7 Adults. Our stay at Capstone House in Swanage was excellent with the property beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and lounge room furniture which enabled us to relax, unwind and enjoy our stay The house was of generous proportions with everything we could possible need. The location was fabulous, close to town and the beach. An excellent experience for all of us enhanced by the thoughtfulness of Christmas decorations and good information about kitchen equipment that enabled us to plan for our Christmas dinner.

"August 2016"
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Capstone. The location was great, near to the beach and shops and we pretty much left the cars at the house all week. The house is well equipped with what you could possibly need whilst away and we made use of the inflatables left in the box outside. We enjoyed our week so much we have already booked for 2017, Thank you Kathy and Helen.

"An enjoyable return visit to Capstone"
We thoroughly enjoyed our return visit to Capstone. The location must be one of the very best in Swanage, being near to the beach, shops, the wonderful steam railway and with parking for 2 x large vehicles. Capstone is an extremely well equipped, comfortably furnished spacious house, which is ideal for larger families or friends. Our family (age range from 67 years to 18 months) are very likely to return in 2017! We would have no hesitation in giving Capstone the highest possible reference, Thank you Kathy and Helen.

"Brilliant stay"
Capstone was really comfortable and spacious with big bright bedrooms and plenty of room down stairs.We were near enough to be able to walk into town and lovely beaches, we all loved hearing the sound of the steam train from the house. kitchen was well equipped and we wanted for nothing, a real home from home. definitely recommended.

"Nice place to stay"
We really enjoyed our stay here - the house is newly kitted out and they've thought of everything! It is only 2 minutes walk from the beach and the centre of Swanage. We felt privileged to stay in such a nice house.

"Lovely few days break"
We stayed in Capstone for 4 nights with our 6yr old daughter - it was a beautiful experience (actually much bigger than we needed but great space!) - the house was furnished immaculately and to a very high standard - the location was ideal just a 5 minute walk to either the beach or town centre - and just around the corner to the wonderful steam railway (perfect for our day trip to Corfe). There's even a Co-op for those last minute necessities (pint of milk!). The house had lots of interesting information about the area and the history of the family who owned the house. Plus the added bonus of books/dvds and plenty of games to play with young children - all these finer details really helped to make our stay as relaxing as it could be - we couldn't fault it at all. Really enjoyed our time there and would recommend to anyone.

"Capstone Swanage"
Capstone was very well equipped for all our needs. The comfortable beds are the best we have slept in. Clean and tidy everywhere. A nice homely feeling. Lots of useful information left by the owners about the area. Ideal for beach and town. We all (8) enjoyed our week there. We will certainly book again in the future.

"Thank You"
I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying at Capstone. We have been coming to Swanage since my youngest daughter was twelve weeks old and this last trip was to join in with her 40th birthday celebrations! Over the years we have hired many holiday properties and I have to say that yours is one of- if not the best yet. The little things such as towels in the cloakrooms and full soap dispensers make all the difference. The beds were so comfortable, one of the family members remarked that she felt she was staying in a five star hotel. We really enjoyed reading your family history, it enhanced our sense of staying in a well loved family home. It has obviously been a lot of hard work to bring the house to its present standard, but also a labour of love I am sure. It was well worth all the effort and thank-you for allowing us to share part of it.
