This stunning room on the first floor at the front of the property has views over the Purbeck Hills. This room has a zip and link bed so can be configured as two single (2' 6") beds or one king sized bed (with bed doubler to cushion the join - no painful zip for our beds!). Also has a built in basin unit.

Bedroom 4

Top floor room with a seaside theme at the front of the property This room has a zip and link bed so can be configured as two single (2' 6") beds or one king sized bed (with the same bed doubler to cushion the join). Also has a fold up bed giving the option of one more person to stay.

Bathroom Facilities

Due to their size these are really difficult to photograph.

Capstone possesses one small bathroom on the first floor, with sink and bath with nice shower over, plus one newly converted shower room on the second floor. Toilet facilities are separate and consist of a cloakroom toilet and sink on the ground floor and a separate toilet and sink on the first floor.

Note: Three of the four bedrooms have sink units which means less pressure on the bathroom facilities.
