Bookings are available on a weekly basis throughout the year commencing on Fridays, but out of season we do accept stays of a minimum of 3 nights. The price per night is £175, so the charge for a 3 night break is £525.

Between Easter and the end of September we charge £200 per night on weeks where we accept less than a 7 night stay so the charge for 3 nights would be £600.

Our nightly price at Christmas is also £200

25% if the rental cost is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before your stay (or total if booking less than 8 weeks before.

Note: HomeAway add their own charges to the rental, which varies dependent on the price. We have no control over this however this extra cost does give you added security in your booking.

We ask for a refundable security deposit of £100 with the payment of the final balance.
